How to Use
Muscle Rub - massage a small amount onto tired, tight and/or sore muscles. The deep heat-producing essential oils will penetrate to loosen and warm the muscles long after you're done massaging.
Inhalation Rub - apply a small amount to your chest and inhale. Enhance effects by introducing warmth via steam, compress, or tub.
