Skincare Strategy Collective
For women in their 40s and 50s whose skin has changed — and who aren’t quite sure what to change with it.
Perhaps the products you’ve relied on for years no longer seem to work quite the same way. Your skin feels drier, more sensitive, less predictable, or simply different than it used to. What was once a familiar routine can suddenly leave you with a surprising number of questions.
There’s no shortage of skincare advice. Knowing what actually makes sense for you is another matter.
Skincare Strategy Collective is a guided online program designed to bring clarity and thoughtful strategy to changing skin.
Together, we’ll look at what has changed, what you’re already using, what deserves your attention now, and how to make well-considered decisions about products, routines, professional treatments, and where your skincare investment is best made.
A thoughtful approach to changing skin
The Collective brings together four elements that have become central to the way I work with skincare clients:
Esthetic Expertise
Professional guidance to help you better understand your current skincare priorities, distinguish what is useful from what may be unnecessary, and recognize when another type of professional guidance may be appropriate.
Decision Strategy
A practical way to evaluate products, devices, treatments, and recommendations so that every new option doesn’t require starting your research all over again.
Individualized Curation
A skincare strategy considered through the lens of your skin, lifestyle, preferences, tolerance, budget, priorities, and the amount of time and attention you genuinely want to give your routine.
Behavioral Insight
A closer look at the habits that influence skincare decisions, from over-researching and reactive purchases to switching products too quickly or continually questioning a routine that may already be serving you well.
The result is a skincare strategy you understand, with a clearer sense of what belongs, what can wait, and how to make future decisions with confidence.
What we’ll work through
Inside the Collective, we’ll consider:
what deserves your attention now — and what can wait
which products still have a place, and what may be worth finishing, replacing, pausing, or leaving out
a routine that makes sense for your skin and the way you actually live
how to evaluate serums, devices, facials, peels, and other treatments before investing in them
where your skincare budget is likely to have the most value
how to approach future decisions without returning to endless research and second-guessing
Created and led by Michele Bundy, MA, LE
With two decades in the skincare industry and more than a decade as a Licensed Esthetician, I’ve worked closely with women through the changes that come with skin, lifestyle, and life stage.
My approach has always been whole-person: considering not only the skin itself, but also history, preferences, tolerance, budget, professional care, and what realistically fits into daily life—whether you enjoy the ritual of a longer routine or would rather keep things beautifully simple.
Skincare Strategy Collective brings that same approach beyond the treatment room. ~ Michele
The first founding group begins September 29
I’m beginning with a small founding group so I can work closely with the first members, hear the questions that arise, and thoughtfully refine the experience before the Collective grows.
If your skin feels different than it used to and you’re ready for a clearer, more considered approach to what comes next, I’d be happy to send you the founding-member details.
