We invite you to stop in to explore our retail offerings, inquire into our services, or to plan a visit to enjoy our treatments. Regardless of when or why you come in, we genuinely want your visit to be rejuvenating--for mind, body, & spirit, holistically.

 

Etiquette

If you are joining us for a treatment, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time as you may be asked to fill out a couple forms. After you complete any paperwork, you will be offered a seat in the treatment area where you may enjoy a cup of tea or some water while you wait for your therapist. 

Upon your arrival to our studio, please be mindful that there may be treatments underway and use low to moderate voice volume. We request as well that phones be placed on silent when entering into the treatment room area. Also note that we are located in a charming old building, where footsteps and voices travel.

We welcome expectant mothers and kindly request that you notify us of your pregnancy or any major health/medical conditions at the time of booking. Most of our services are appropriate (and recommended!) for expectant and nursing mothers, however, some are not, so talking to us in advance will allow us to recommend alternatives.

Policies

appointments. Appointments are recommended for all services and may be made online through our website, over the phone, via email or in person. To book your appointments online, click here, see the button at the top of the page or select our “Scheduling” tab. We are happy to accommodate same day requests when possible.

We may request that a credit card number be provided at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Having your card on file allows us to streamline the checkout process following your service. We’ll simply ask if you would like to use the card on file (which you may do or you can provide another method of payment), whether you wish to add gratuity, and you’ll be on your way. We believe that the fewer to-do’s following your service the better. In addition to having your card on file to use after your service if you wish, we also keep it to use in the event of a late cancellation or no-show (see following policies).

gift cards. Gift cards in any amount can be purchased in the studio or through our website. See “EGIFT CARDS” under the “SHOP” tab at the top of the page to purchase online. You can purchase the e-gift card in the amount of your choosing and have the e-gift card sent directly to the recipient. You can even choose the date you would like it to be sent.

late arrivals. We know life gets busy but we want you to know that arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness. And, so that the next guest's treatment time will not be affected, your treatment will end on time. The full value of your treatment will be charged. 

cancellations. We kindly request 48 hours notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No-shows, reschedules or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time will be charged the full treatment rate. Neglecting to cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance should you be unable to make it prevents us from being able to fill that slot with another client.

payment. We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash. Gratuity is always appreciated and left to your discretion. If you are unsure what to tip, most clients tip similarly to restaurant services.
