Small Group + Private + Semi-Private Yoga

Learn and practice yoga in our beautiful, newly renovated studio. Enjoy a small class size (maximum of 6) and personalized instruction by Leslie Cargill of Cape Porpoise Yoga Co. Classes are Vinyasa Flow and customized to accommodate all levels. Whether you’re entirely new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.

We’re beginning with two regular classes weekly, Friday Morning Flow and Friday Yoga Basics, and will add classes as requested. Private and semi-private instruction is also available by appointment.

Our yoga studio is located on the second floor, right off the hallway as you enter The Fifth Om—you can’t miss it. Mats and props are provided, but of course, feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.

Summer 2019 Schedule

Fridays:

8-9:10 am Morning Flow
Mixed level stretch, balance, strengthen, breathe

9:30-10:40 am Yoga Basics
Yoga from the ground up, beginners and all levels

Other times by request.
70 minute customized class.

Private/Semi-Private Yoga (1-4 persons)

Monday-Sunday - Yoga to Go by appointment
$80 (1-2 persons), $20 each additional person

Leslie Cargill is the gifted instructor behind Cape Porpoise Yoga Co. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, having completed her training with True North Vinyasa on the coast of Portugal.

A resident of Cape Porpoise, Maine, Leslie is Principal of Cargill & Co. Strategic Communications and Marketing and a Partner with Rewind Boston, Stockholm, Lisbon offering custom retreats, events, and workshops.
